2018

Our corporate journey & expansion aspirations started. On 27 December 2018, our name changed to Mi Technovation Berhad

2019

Bayan Lepas plant (Home 1) completed & operational

2020

Batu Kawan plant (Home 2) completed & operational. Setup of technology centers in Taiwan, Korea & China

2021

Expanding the overseas technology centers to include manufacturing facilities in Taiwan, Korea & China

Initial public offering and successfully listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad

Acquisition of 100% equity interest in Mi International Pte. Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Incorporation of Mi Equipment Holdings Sdn Bhd under Companies Act 2016, being an investment holding company and listing vehicle for the Group.
